И почему, если кликнуть на названии песни-ссылке на файл на FTP, он ничего не качает??? Это связано с расширением файла???

По-моему с фтп как раз у тебя качает. А вот в онлайне послушать нельзя - неправильно прописаны пути (или вообще не прописаны).

смотри как у людей сделано (у Грэма или меня) - все работает.
Если непонятно что и как настроить - спрашивай.
